Regrind – the one word that every plastic processing plant attempts to keep at a minimum, but it's an inevitable event that to some extent has to be recognized and handled. The more it accumulates within ones plant, the more storage problems evolve.

Consider that the 800 lb capacity per each DW hopper relates to 2,400 lbs of material that can be safely stacked three hoppers high in your storage area, and these hoppers can be stacked two high (or 1,600 lbs) for continuous feed to your processing machine with minimal operator attendance. This exceeds what you can safely store, or have available at your machines in cardboard gaylords – which also requires a great deal of your operators attention.

The DW Hoppers can be used over and over – virtually for an indefinite period of time. This eliminates your plants problems related to disposal of all the old cardboard and wooden skids.
