Consider that 800 lb capacity per hopper relates to 1,600 lbs of raw material at your machine, or 2,400 lbs of material that can be safely stacked in your storage area. This is equal to (or exceeds) what can be safely placed at your machine or stacked when using cardboard gaylords. Consider also that our hoppers do not require constant monitoring by operators to avoid the normal vacuum wand sucking air (or making holes in the plastic liner). The bottom vacuum hopper is self emptying and you do not end up with raw material in the bottom of the gaylord / liner that many times is lost or contaminated. (Many managers are surprised to find out how much of a problem that last 40-60 lbs of material is to their line operators). For storage, our hoppers - stacked 3 high - take up a lot less room than the currently limited use cardboard gaylords & wood pallets (floor space is added expense.)
