Our original Dry Bulk Hopper design has found great success in support of the Plastics Industries using a weighing and batching system .  As part of our continuous improvement program, we've developed an innovative design to improve the vacuuming capabilities . By creating  the vacuum fixture system , our hoppers improve handling, increase productivity,  eliminate fatigue factor and most of all  eliminate waste.

Benefits

1. With secure lid, allows manufacturer to ship plastic pellets to plastic processing manufacturing organization.
2. Plastic manufacturer then pulverizes plastic pellets, calculates correct weight, adds color, and then stores back into the dry bulk hopper (up to 800 lbs).
3. Dry bulk hopper can be stacked up to 3 high for a total of 2,400 lbs. Each dry bulk hopper contains a valve underneath for easy flow of plastic from hopper to hopper to manufacturing machine.
4. Eliminates manual processes used by the majority of plastics manufactures (e.g. (a) using small buckets to empty a Gaylord box to hand load into a machine, or (b) eliminates using a rake and vacuum to empty a Gaylord box).
5. The dry bulk hoppers are transparent with marked lines to determine how much pulverized plastic remains.
6. The dry bulk hoppers can be filled and stacked for recurring scheduled customer orders, making the process much more efficient.
